The hotel was conveniently located near many popular attractions and easily accessible via public transport. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-appointed with a cute little terrace where we could enjoy a cup of coffee. An added bonus was the friendly housekeeping staff who were considerate and charming.
Our Xmas stay was not entirely pleasant due to the lack of essential facilities in the room. We had to fend for ourselves without an oven or toaster, despite paying for a self-catering suite.
